30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Send us an email at sales@dmrtravel.com within 30 days of your sign-up date, and we will issue a full refund.
After 30 days, subscription charges are not refundable. We do not issue pro-rated refunds on any unused portion of your subscription.
Only one refund is allowed per billing address.
Free Trial Cancellation
Most of our free trials will automatically cancel if you do not sign up for the annual subscription, but some offers required a credit card at the time you signed up. If you were offered and signed up for a free trial that required a credit card and wish to cancel, make sure to cancel before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged. Simply log into your account to make the change.
